Suchart Ratsami, 26, and Chanchai Kanpien, 38, were charged with murdering Mr Piti, and dumping his body in a park area on the outskirts of Phuket Town in March 2011.
Both men were arrested in Buriram province, in Thailand’s north east, and were brought to Phuket on Saturday (January 26) for further investigation.
Both men admitted the crime and remain in police custody.
