UPDATE: Phuket FC beat Navy with late winner - match report
After two full halves of energetic - but goalless - play, Phuket FC's Chana Sonwiset scored the winner in stoppage time, with 92 minutes on the clock.
Fans will be pleased with the win, but some might have expected for a more decisive, or earlier, victory: before the game at Surakul on Sunday (April 7) visiting Ratcha Navy were ranked at #14 in the league - while The Islanders went into the game, and remain, in the #2 spot, now with 11 points from five games.
Singh Tarua FC remain atop the table, with 12 points from five games, just one point ahead of Phuket and BBCU.
In other Yamaha League 1 games tonight, Nakhon Ratchasima defeated Ayutthaya 1-0, TTM lost 0-1 to Nakhon Pathom, Rayong lost 1-3 to Rayong United, and BBCU defeated Port Lions 2-1.
