PHUKET: A Chinese New Year celebration will be organised by the OrBorJor Phuket Provincial Administrative Organisation, and held at the Sanam Chai football field, on the corner of Narisorn and Surin Roads. This will take place on Sunday (February 10) in Phuket Town.

The event will start at 4pm, and will feature Chinese traditional gymnastics, famous Thai singer/actor J Jetrin, and Thai actress Joy Rinlanee Sripen will be the MC.
Other Chinese New Year events will take place during the Phuket Old Town Festival, which starts on February 15.
