At 1 pm, motorbike rider Chatthongchai Srisatthayaban, 24, was pulled over at the checkpoint after police decided he was acting suspiciously. They found him 45 grams of the drug in his possession.
Later, Rachane Sasorn, 33, who was riding pillion on another bike, was searched and found to be in possession of 0.04 grams of the drug.
Chatthongchai was arrested on a charge of possession with intent to sell while Rachane was charged with possession.
