The event attracted more than 100 industry suppliers and specialists from around the country. Many executives flew in from Bangkok specially for the gathering, which focused on promoting transparency and collaboration.
Able Architects has made a significant impact as a local architecture and design firm, building a portfolio of 98 bespoke projects, including hotels, condominiums, offices and community projects, with a combined construction value of B19 billion and a total floor area of 787,108 sqm.
“We have already embarked on nine new projects since the beginning of the year in five provinces in Thailand as well as the Philippines.
“That equates to 2,410 key rooms covering a gross floor area of 153,343 sqm and a total construction value of B4.7 billion,” said Able Architects Managing Director Pakhin Aunggulsant.
