Phillips Group said the purchase is expected to “further strengthen Phillips Property’s penetration in the local real estate market”.
Group Managing Director Martin Phillips said, “The acquisition of PhuketProperty.com underscores our commitment to leverage multi-channel technology-based marketing solutions that real estate developers and private home owners require, and our clients love.
“Phuket Property Dot Com is the best-in-class Phuket real estate portal [with] a well established 15-year history of providing property sales, rentals and complementary services.”
The announcement explained that, following the buyout, “the service will be expanded to allow individuals to upload properties directly to the portal that will then be transacted under direct arrangements with Phillips Property.
Phillips plans to development a more interactive portal alongside complementary offerings from other sites owned by the group: www.Phillips-Property.com and www.Rentals-Worldwide.com.
