The homes on sale vary in price from B1.49 million for a two-bedroom townhouse to B2.29 million for a three-bedroom semi-detached home.
The company said it expected its target of B500 million in sales before the end of February to be met.
It added that there is provision for more houses to be built. Purchases can be secured with a deposit of B5,000, and the initial sale period saw the company offering a discount of B100,000 off the full price.
