Rain fall enough all over Thailand.
But so far many water reservoirs behind dams in Thailand seems not to catch enough water for next years drought.
Why is that?
Simple, there is no sufficient water management in Thailand.
It is throughout the year always or to dry or to wet.

Much of the rain water just cause flooding, not stored but pumped away to no where as quick as possible.

Rain water is for free! Store, store, store it for the dry periods.
Do something, learn more about water management.
