American born Chef Yoss has 18 years’ experience in luxury hotels and restaurants throughout Asia, Europe and the United States including Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Postrio Restaurant in San Francisco, W Hotel in Los Angeles and Barcelona and the W Retreat and Spa in Bali.
