Prince Paras Shah’s new Phuket court date is now December 11.

The Bangkok Post reported that police had confirmed a story in the Himalayan Times newspaper on Tuesday (November 27) that Prince Paras Shah had spent a night in jail in Phuket on October 23 on a charge of possessing 3.5 grams of marijuana.

The prince was later released on bail of B10,000, and has denied the charge.

If convicted, he could face one year in jail and a fine of up to B20,000.
