It seems a paparazzo snapped Ms Klass and a friend drinking shots in a Patong bar - and sold the photographs to Britain's Sun newspaper.
The Sun reports that Ms Klass was enjoying herself after finishing a swimwear photography shoot on one of Phuket's beaches.
