The driver, 43-year-old Wiwat Jakrach of Phattalung, was slightly injured in the crash. Fifteen passengers, too, had to be pulled from the wreck suffering mostly from leg and arm injuries. They were taken to Phang Nga Hospital. There were no deaths, and no other vehicles were involved.
