Held at their Ruen Thai restaurant, the cooking class offers a hands on experience to learn Thai cooking with executive sous chef Pachon Pakham.
Chef Pachon has worked at the Dusit for six and a half years, and been a chef for more than 20.
Originally from Sisaket province in Thailand’s northeast, Mr Pachon came to Phuket 22 years ago.
Since then, he has worked at the Pacific Island Club (now Laguna Beach Resort), the Racha Resort on Racha Island, Horizon Patong Resort, and the Le Meridien Khao Lak.
