Raksapong Kamkuanjam, General Manager of LH Muang Mai, explained that Inizio is Spanish for “beginning”, the idea of the project being that it will consist of homes ready-made to support the lifestyle of working people who are settling down in their lives.
The homes are identical, with prices beginning at B3.94 million for the two-story single house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and parking for two cars. Total living space is 125 square metres.
“We have only 128 houses in this project which I think is the proper number – it is easy to take care of them,” said Pittaya Tantipiriyakij, Managing Director of LH Muang Mai.
