With a total of 36 companies competing in 33 categories, this was the first year that the Best Residential Development for Phang Nga/Krabi was introduced at Thailand Property Awards.
“We are focused on being the region’s industry leader, and this provides a good return to our investors for long-term investment opportunities. We’re more than just a marina, where our resort development and condominium enhances the surroundings,” said Sornkom Kitprasan, Managing Director of Krabi Boat Lagoon.
Construction of the The Cleat commenced five years ago, with two buildings now completed and works in progress for Phase 3 of the development, which will see enhancements to the project’s distinctive designs with offerings of larger units.
The Cleat Condominium is sold under a freehold strata structure, with foreign nationals able to own up to 49 per cent of the units. The developer also offers a rental management service to provide attractive rental yields.
Each room in the development is decorated in a different style, from contemporary-nautical to modern themes. The units overlooking the marina present a luxury waterfront location with unobstructed views.
The project also offers the opportunity to own units with boat moorings.
The prestigious award was bestowed at a gala ceremony at the Plaza Athene, a Royal Meridian hotel, in Bangkok on last Thursday (Sept 22).
Joining Mr Sornkom at the event to receive the award was The Cleat Deputy Managing Director Sriya Yongsakul.
“This award and recognition further boosts the confidence in our team to provide better quality developments,” Miss Sriya said.
