With the date set for Friday December 7 at the newly opened Kamala Beer Garden, the party is in aid of charity Phuket Has Been Good To Us.
Many Phuket businesses are donating prizes, and all money raised goes toward providing a free English education to local Thai children.
Event organiser, Jody White, is ecstatic at how much people are supporting the event.
“Since we decided to hold this fundraiser, the community has really come together. Kamala Beer Garden has given us their venue for free, and Papa’s Tropical Garden is sponsoring the food. It is going to be a great night.”
Phuket Has Been Good To Us provides a free English education to more than 850 children at two schools in Kamala and Kalim. They also run an outside school hours programme for children who live at Kamala school.
Tickets are B200 baht and include a welcome cocktail, food and lucky door prize. In addition, they will be raffling some great prizes. Kamala’s Biggest Tropical Party starts at 7pm, and tickets are available at the door.
