All types of foie gras creations were on show at Trisara’s Cuisine Couture, held last Friday night (February 10) at the resort.
Alain Rougié, dubbed by many as the world’s top foie gras producer presented six dishes, all using the French delicacy, complete with wine matches.
In 2007, Rougié opened The School of Foie Gras in Pau (France) where foie
gras seminars and master classes are taught.
The menu included the interesting dish of apple tart with rosemary and vanilla beans icecream, lollipop foie gras and chocolate.
