Apart from food from a wide variety of hotels and restaurants, the festival will include an ‘Under The Sea’ themed fashion show, cooking demonstrations by well known chefs, and performances by well known singing stars.
The programme for the weekend entertainment, which will take place in the open space on the ground floor, is as follows:
Saturday:

1:30pm Cooking demonstration by Thai chef Nooror Somany-Steppe of the Blue Elephant restaurant chain, and holder of the Asia’s Best Creative Chef award.
