Burglar’s four-year run of luck comes to an end
PHUKET: After four years as a successful burglar, Eaktat Tipmas, 29, was finally arrested at his apartment in Phuket City on December 29.

Eaktat, originally from Chainat Province, admitted to police that he had regularly broken into people's homes during the night and stolen whatever he could find. He said he had been a burglar for four years, adding that it made him good money.
Phuket City police searched his home and seized a long list of stolen goods, including Buddhist amulets, laptop computers, watches, cellphones and even motorcycles.
Eaktat's run of success came to an end after he broke into a home equipped with security cameras, which captured his image.
