Authorities found 326,760 purported sex enhancement and aphrodisiac pills, some made in China and India, in a raid in Chinatown on Saturday, said Tarit Pengdith, director general of the Department of Special Investigations.
They also netted 9,365 sex toys such as rubber dolls and vibrating toys that are banned from sale in Thailand, he said. All together the haul was worth an estimated 100 million baht ($3.2 million).
A Thai woman was arrested in the raid and would be charged with offences including illegal drug smuggling, selling drugs without a licence and non-payment of taxes, Tarit told AFP.
Fake sex drugs, such as counterfeit Viagra, are openly on sale on street stalls targeting tourists around Bangkok's red light districts, along with sex toys.
