Elbe, now living in Kuala Lumpur, revealed on a website forum this week that he’s suffered a traumatic injury to his penis after a bout of acrobatic sex with his girlfriend.
“Girl was on top... Went higher than 8 1/2" I'm the air and Arona'd my dyc,” Elbe wrote – a reference to the Brazilian mixed martial arts fighter Ricardo Arona, famed for slamming his opponents.
Elbe started posting on the forum when he was waiting in a hospital emergency room in Kuala Lumpur, and he provided a blow-by-blow account of his treatment over the following hours.
“When it first happened...blood was everywhere...to the point I passed out,” Elbe wrote. “Falling face first I ko'd myself on the floor … chipping two teeth and busting my chin … 10 stitches later ...”
Elbe assured his concerned readers that he hadn’t suffered an open fracture of his penis, but had torn his urinary tract and nearby membranes.
The injury was “throbbing with each heart beat … but after the pain injection they've given me … the balls ache is gone.”
After surgery, Elbe’s doctors diagnosed a full recovery – although the fighter had to stay in hospital for three days and said he would need to take anti-erection pills for two weeks while his injury heals.
Elbe, who founded the mixed-martial-arts training programme at Tiger Muay Thai in Chalong, also posted colour photographs of his ordeal on the website – although, perhaps fortunately, these did not include pictures of his damaged member.
“The worst part of this has been the fact that literally everyone who works in the hospital has come in asking to see my shaft out of curiosity,” Elbe wrote.
“The doctor who performed my operation has done three others prior to mine … with the last being a 60 year-old man, who had a full recovery.”
“Lesson learned – I will never let a girl on top again. Everything was under control until one bounce went a 'little' too high.”
