The girls, all aged from 18 to 25 and taller than the minimum entry requirement of 160 cm are vying for the top prize of B60,000, with the winner getting half of that.
The winner will also be the “ambassador” for biker events on the island and Ride Thailand magazine.
The first round of the contest will take place on Friday (April 11), at Loma Park, Patong, starting at 8:30pm.
An initial cut has already been made, with 20 candidates surviving. On Friday those 20 will be whittled down to 10 for the final, which will take place Monday (April 14) also at Loma Park at 8:30pm.
The judges for the final will include Chaichana Kiewgaew from Thai Rat newspaper, Anoma Wongyai of the Phuket office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Jo D’Hondt, Managing Director of Diamond Condominium by Silk Projects, and French Honorary Consul Claude de Crissey.
